So if you arrive by boat or car, you’re out of luck.
Miraflores Locks.The one big touristy thing we did in Panama City was visit the Panama Canal at the Miraflores Locks, which raises and lowers ships as they travel through the canal. It was really cool to see, minus the fact that we didn’t see any boats. At all. The whole time we were there.

Panama City skyline.Kail and I spent the long weekend in Panama City, Panama. We stayed in fabulous little apartment in Casco Viejo. We saw the Panama Canal. We bought guayaberas and Panama hats. We drank delicious coffee and beer and ate yummy foods. We walked. A lot.
