I could seriously eat hummus and baba ghanoush and delicious breads everyday, for multiple meals, and not get tired of it. And I did, for the two weeks I was in Cairo. Did I mention I’m on a diet?

Cairo | The Nile
Zamalek and the Nile. One thing everyone told me I had to do in Cairo was go sailing on the Nile. Well, I didn’t do that. Cairo | Egyptian Museum

The Great Pyramid of Giza.I recently had the opportunity to travel to Cairo, Egypt for for work. Even though it was a two-week trip, I didn’t have a lot of time for sightseeing, just one weekend and a few evenings here and there. I made the most of my time and got to see the highlights, including the PyramidsContinue reading “Cairo | Pyramids of Giza”
