In honor of our four-year anniversary, Kail and I bought a juicer. Romantic, right? I actually think it’s a clever gift, blending “traditional” idea of fruit with the “modern” idea of appliances (according to Hallmark).

Our first shipment arrived a couple weeks ago– our HHE from Afghanistan, which included not only essentials such as our coffee maker and other kitchen implements but our printer and my scrapbooking supplies! After unpacking, my first task was to complete my Project Life: Afghanistan scrapbook.

One of my friends who regularly attends my Thursday morning spin class suggested I put together a playlist consisting solely of songs from Disney movies. At first I was skeptical, because I didn’t think it would be possible to find an hour’s worth of Disney songs appropriate for a workout.
