
I had originally thought I’d write a multi-post series on our Thanksgiving trip to Athens, but it turns out our three-day visit wasn’t quite enough time to get an in-depth experience worthy of my usual writing.
Changing of the guards outside Parliament.Sure, we visited the Acropolis, hiked up Mount Lycabettus and took a hop-on-hop-off bus tour. But as I noted previously, most attractions close early in the winter and we got rained out a couple times, so we didn’t get to do as much sightseeing as we would have liked.
